The week after the 20 Km of brussels I gave my muscles a bit of rest but now I'm back in full force? Although my knee is not 100% it doesn't bother me while running. Sunday I went rockclimbing in Pont à Lesse (Rochers du Castel) and even there I didn't have any troubles with the knee. Every night I wrap my knee in an icesac and this should fix the problem. Now don't think that I'm spiderman on rocks. Not at all I climb 4C-5A maximum. I started rockclimbing primaraly to learn safety techniques. You can not know enough. Elbrus is approaching. Next step is getting my Russian visa an adventureon its own.
