Hyp, Hypper, HYppest

By now the most of the deep training should have been done. In the weeks to come the gain will be minimal. It will be all about maintaining the the actual physical condition and fine tuning some areas. One of those areas will be the Hypoxia training. In this case not to increase the red blood count but to adapt the body to the decreased oxygen pressure at altitude. I do this by exercising a few times a week at decreased oxygen levels and or to sleep at reduced oxygen levels maintaining the oxygen saturation in the blood above 85%. I don't know if it really works but I believe it does and that the most important. And if it doesn't work it doesn't hurt either.
