Just over 200 days before I leave for Nepal. Training continues and I'm having fun again. I have a goal. The last few years I mostly did my cardio vascular training by running. Now I try to do 50% running and 50% biking. Works well I feel myself improving. Advantage I put a lot less stress on my joints then by running. But I guess that while training is progressing I will go to 70 % running and 30 % biking.
Everest season 2011 is starting soon. Climbers arrive in a few days in Kathmandu en will be heading into the Khumbu next week for their trek to Everest basecamp. All can be followed live through Alan Arnets blog as he will try to climb Everst for the third time. Climb on!!
