New year, new season. Since Elbrus climb training has been less intense but now I picked back up. For the next 9 months, sounds like a pregnancy, I will prepping myself for the Baruntse climb (Nepal) in october. It will be a new adventure, new techniques, new way of climbing. I started my normal routine of running, biking, and powertraining (abs,back and upperbody). Outdoor climbing season starts soon, it will be great fun again. Meanwhile I am also looking in some new equipment I have to buy. Higher mountains require, other equipment.
