Bad luck, yesterday during practise I got injured. I was running my normal  course and after 6 kilometers my left foot started hurting. I managed to get home. I thought it was nothing serious but it turns out I have a stress fracture, meaning that I broke one of my smalls bones in my foot.  There is  no special cure apart from resting and icing. It will take 6 to 8 weeks to heal. So no running for 6 weeks but luckely there are alternative ways to train. I cannot afford not to practise with my next climb coming up in february.  Got to stay postive!!!!
