We're living in extremes here in the European lowlands. One day almost 30 degrees in the shade and the next day 12 degrees and pouring rain. The weather was so bad that doing any training outside was purely impossible. Even the most fanatic wouldn't have gone out. Anyhow I had planned not do any running in regard to the race on sunday and instead I went to the gym.
Congratulations to the RMI team they made it safely to the summit. Safe and sound return to basecamp!!
As you might notice is the website still partially under construction but everyday I try add a new part to the puzzle.
