The good weather finally arrived in Belgium. Training outside is now a joy. But instead of doing that I retreaded to the inside to do weighttraining of the upperbody only. My knee is still hurting slightly and I did not want to put to much stress on it. Although when I'm running I don't feel any pain.
Like yesterday I did a 10 km test in 42 minutes and it went smoothly until after the practise then the pain started. Still a week to the 20 km of Brussels.
On Everest despite the high winds a lot of climbers are moving up the mountain to the high camps for a summit push on 24-25 may when their is a short break in the weather expected. I wish I was there with them!
